How do I find products I’m looking for?

There are two ways to get to the Silly Sports products on this site, you can click on one of the drop down menus above (Mens, Womens, Youth or New) and select the category that you wish to browse or you can use the Keyword Search above. To do this key in a word or words (e.g. Abercrombie, Nike, etc) click the arrow and you'll get all the results displayed. After the search click on a product image and see a larger picture for more detail.

How can I reach a Sillysports.co.uk customer service rep?

For the fastest service, please email us at sales@sillysports.co.uk. Depending on the volume of inquiries, our customer service reps will usually answer your inquiry within a day but can take up to 72 business hours. How do I order the selected product(s) I wish to purchase?

If you are purchasing the item then please "add to basket" once you have selected the item. Once you have finished your shopping then proceed to the checkout where all your selected items will be shown. Please then follow the on screen instructions in order to complete your payment. Don't forget you can always remove/change quantity any item from the basket at any time, simply by clicking the 'Remove Item' button.

Can you notify me when a certain style/size/color becomes available?

We do not have the capability to notify customers when certain items are added to our inventory. Our website is updated on a regular basis with new styles and sale prices. By visiting our website frequently, you will see the most up-to-date information on our available products.

I'm not sure what size I wear in some items, how can I find out?

Some types of shoes and clothing come in different size scales, so SillySports.co.uk provides size equivalents for each item on the page the item is pictured. SillySports.co.uk has a Size Chart page that will help guide you to what size to order.

Can you send me a catalog?

SillySports.co.uk is strictly an online retailer, and therefore we do not provide a catalog to our customers. Our website is updated on a regular basis with new styles and sale prices. By visiting our website frequently, you will see the most up-to-date information on our available products.

What are my shipping costs?

Our shipping charge for UK, EU and worldwide delivery is £6.50. Your shipping charge remains the same regardless of the number of items that you order.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on the order status page. When you created an account when placing your order, you can log in to view more detailed status / tracking details in the order status page on all previous orders placed.

Order Status Key
Pending: We have received your order and it will be processed shortly.
Shipped: Your order is on its way. Use the tracking information to check your orders progress with the noted carrier.
Backordered: Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery on backordered items.
Shipped Partial: One or more of your items may be on Backorder or Permanently Out Of Stock. The items that are currently available have shipped out and are on the way to you. When you created an account when initially placing your order, you can log-in on the order status page to see the individual status of each item in your order. When the unshipped portion of your order ships out, the status will change to Shipped Partial - Order Complete.
Card Declined: There has been a problem with your credit card please email us to sort this problem out
Please Contact Customer Service: There is an issue with your order that needs to be discussed with one of our customer service reps. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Why was my order cancelled?

First, please make sure that you entered the correct credit card number and information when you placed your order. As a practice of our business, we randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information. If you receive a message, please return the call at 020 8144 0444 or email us to confirm your order information. If you do not return the call or email, this will delay the processing of your order. If you do not return the call or email within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. We provide these services as a protection to our customers and hope that you will be pleased with the high standards of business practices on our website. What forms of payment are accepted?

On all orders, Sillysports.co.uk accepts payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Solo, Maestro, and Delta.

How is my payment processed?

Once you submit your credit card information for approval, your bank/credit company checks to verify the amount of money available. If you have enough funds, then an authorisation code is given and the money is placed on hold. Once your funds are verified, then all of the billing information entered is verified with an AVS - Address Verification System (entered in the checkout). If your information is not exactly how your credit/debit card issuer has it on file, then your order will not process.

How do I return an item for an exchange or store credit?

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
